A Sauvignon Blanc that decided to be something else. Sixty-year-old organic vines high on a north-facing slope, ten days on the skins giving it that amber colour and a character that surprises you. Wild yeasts, six months on the lees, unfiltered. Aromatic, textural, with grip and tension. The kind of bottle that shows up unannounced and somehow fits right in. Good for every occasion. Or no occasion at all.
