Close your eyes and you're in San Miniato: warm stone, salt wind, Tuscan hills. Francesco is an agronomist who travelled the world before bringing his biodynamic philosophy back home. Angea comes from old Trebbiano and Malvasia vines on tufo soils that give it a saline, almost volcanic soul. Brief skin contact, wild fermentation, made in cement and steel. Bright and taut, the kind of white that tastes of somewhere real. He named it after his children, Andrea and Gea. Serve chilled.
