Delivery area We currently deliver within the Netherlands only.
Delivery times Standard delivery: 2-4 business days.Â
Shipping costs Shipping is €7.95 across the Netherlands. Orders over €150 ship free. Minimum order for shipping: €30 (that's two bottles). In Alkmaar and surroundings we deliver personally, free of charge.Â
Packaging All wines are packed in purpose-built wine boxes designed to protect bottles during transit. We take extra care with sparkling and re-fermented wines.
Temperature We recommend avoiding delivery during extreme heat periods (above 30°C). Natural wines are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. If you have concerns about summer deliveries, please contact us before ordering.
Damaged or missing items If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and bottles immediately and contact us within 48 hours at ivano@vigneselvagge.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
