Ordering & Delivery
Where do you deliver? We currently deliver within the Netherlands only. We plan to expand to other countries in the future.
What is the minimum order? Minimum order is 2 bottles. Mixed cases are welcome.
How much does delivery cost? Shipping is €7.95 across the Netherlands, on orders of 2 bottles or more. Orders over €150 ship free. In Alkmaar and surroundings we deliver personally, free of charge.
How long does delivery take? Standard delivery outside Alkmaar takes 2–4 business days. In Alkmaar within 2 business days (should you need the wine on the same day, please reach out on WhatsApp and we'll see if we can accommodate you!).
Do you live in Alkmaar? Then shipping is free, I will personally deliver to your door.
How do I pay? We accept iDEAL, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
We only sell to customers aged 18 and over. Age verification is required upon delivery.
The Wines
What is natural wine? Natural wine is made with minimal intervention, both in the vineyard and the cellar. No synthetic pesticides, no added yeasts, no fining agents, no filtration. What ends up in the bottle is as close as possible to what the grape and the land intended.
The wine looks cloudy. Is it faulty? Not at all. Cloudiness is normal in unfiltered natural wines — it means the wine has not been stripped of its natural particles. It is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
How should I store the wines? Store bottles horizontally in a cool, dark place, ideally between 12 and 16°C. Avoid direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations.
Are your wines vegan? Most of our wines are vegan, as they do not use fining agents derived from animal products. Check the individual product pages for details.

Can I visit you? We are based in Alkmaar. We do not have a physical shop yet, but we are happy to arrange a personal tasting by appointment.
