Ikaros 2025 is Matteo's fresh, youthful take on Pinot Noir. Pure Pinot Noir from organic vines, with twelve days on the skins and no oak ageing for this vintage. Light on its feet, with red fruit and fine tannins, it puts freshness at the centre of the glass. A red to open now and share around the table.
Serve at 16–18°C and open the bottle 20 minutes before serving.
