Sbarbatello - Pinot Nero 2024

A red so light and drinkable it almost behaves like a white. Pinot Nero from organic vines, a few days on the skins plus a little semi-carbonic maceration to lift the fruit, unfiltered. The new vintage is deliberately lighter and juicier, made for easy drinking. Red berries, freshness, no weight. The red for warm evenings and people who think they want a white.

Serve at 17 to 18°C. Cool, not cold: this one closes up in the fridge and opens as it warms in the glass.
