This is where Matteo's seriousness shows. When the 2024 vintage didn't meet his standard, he simply didn't release it. Ikaros is pure Pinot Noir from organic vines, twelve days on the skins, then a year and a half in French oak tonneaux. Light on its feet but with real depth, red fruit, fine tannins, a wine that rewards attention. Proof that patience makes better wine. Give it a little air.
